Lake Louise Ski Club’s U14 program is an eight month program for athletes that are 12 and 13 years of age and willing to make a commitment to ski racing in pursuit of racing at the provincial/national team level. This program springboards from the Nancy Greene U12 program as it initiates the learn to race phase of long-term athlete development.

Nothing will get in the athletes’ way of having fun as they dive into fall dryland in September. These athletes will ski approximately 85 days during the ski season, dazzling their coaches in training and racing scenarios well into the spring. Our U14 coaching staff has the experience and passion to engrain solid technical ski racing skills that will become the foundation of success at U16, U18, and beyond.

Depending on the interest of each athlete, ski cross and big mountain skiing are available as training and competition tools. Athletes work with coaches to personalize programs to meet their individual needs and interests.
